By accessing or using FreshStops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

FreshStops is a platform that connects customers with local roadside vendors and farm stands. We provide:

• A directory of local vendors and stands
• Information about products, pricing, and availability
• Tools to facilitate payment through third-party services
• Communication features between vendors and customers

User Accounts

Vendors

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Keep your stand information up to date
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Handle customer transactions honestly and fairly

Customers

As a customer, you agree to:

• Use the platform for legitimate purchases
• Provide honest reviews and feedback
• Complete payment for items you take from stands (honor system)

Payment Terms

Important: FreshStops does not process payments. We connect you with vendors and provide links to third-party payment services. All transactions are:

• Conducted directly between customers and vendors
• Processed through third-party services (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Cash, or cash)
• Subject to the terms of those payment services

FreshStops is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or fraudulent activity. Contact the payment provider or vendor directly for issues.

Honor System

Many roadside stands operate on an honor system. Customers are trusted to:

• Pay the listed price for items taken
• Leave payment in designated areas or complete digital payments
• Report any issues to the vendor

Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Harass vendors or other users
• Attempt to defraud or deceive vendors or customers
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Scrape or collect data without permission

Intellectual Property

The FreshStops name, logo, and platform design are our property. Vendors retain ownership of their business content and product images.

Limitation of Liability

FreshStops is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Product quality, safety, or accuracy of vendor listings
• Payment disputes or transaction issues
• Theft, damage, or loss at vendor locations
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Vendors may close their accounts at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
